Donor Date is committed to the safety of children and has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
This page describes our Child Safety Standards in compliance with Google Play's policy for social and dating applications.
1. ADULTS ONLY — STRICT AGE RESTRICTION
Donor Date is exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.
By creating an account, every user confirms they are at least 18 years old. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are immediately and permanently removed.
The Platform is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for use by minors under any circumstances.
2. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY AGAINST CSAE AND CSAM
Donor Date strictly prohibits, with zero tolerance:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Sexualization, grooming, exploitation or solicitation of minors
- Any content, conversation, image or behavior that endangers a child
- Impersonation of a minor or use of imagery depicting minors in a sexual or suggestive context
- Trafficking, sale, exchange or coercion involving minors
- Sharing of links, contacts or services that facilitate any of the above
Any violation results in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the appropriate authorities and child-safety organizations.
3. PREVENTION MEASURES
To prevent child exploitation and abuse on the Platform, Donor Date implements:
- An 18+ age gate at sign-up with explicit user confirmation
- Profile review processes for reported content
- In-app reporting tools available on every profile, chat and connection
- In-app blocking tools that immediately revoke access and hide existing conversations
- Storage and retention of safety reports for moderation purposes
- Removal of accounts that violate these standards without prior notice
4. REPORTING CSAE OR CSAM
If you encounter any content or behavior on Donor Date that you believe involves a minor, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any form of CSAE or CSAM, report it immediately.
In-app: use the "⋯" menu on any profile, chat or connection to Report or Block the user. Reports are reviewed and acted upon.
